We carry an assortment of lesser known sparkling wines such as Blanquette de Limoux, sparkling Shiraz, and Prosecco.

For true Champagne, we feature "grower" bottlings. The men and women of the grower champagne movement grow their own grapes instead of buying in bulk from other farmers. We believe these smaller production estates offer exceptional hand-crafted quality. Here are a few of our favorites:

LOUIS DE SACY
Grand Cru Brut $30.00 (750ml) / $63 (mag)
Not technically a "grower Champagne", but a mighty fine estate bottling. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier, & 35% Chardonnay selected exclusively from Grand Cru classified "terroirs" with 10% aged in oak.

Rose Brut $70.00
Only estate grown grapes from the Montaigne de Reims region go into this bubbly. This is the best region for Pinot Noir. The Sacy family traces its roots in the area as far back as 1633. A true “saignee” method Champagne made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier.
